In Design magazine

This is the magazine double page spread I created using In Design. I began by adding text and creating a drop cap by using the text tool and highlighting the chosen paragraph. I then altered the height and width of the first letter of the article.

I also used a drop shadow in the chosen quote which is visibly larger than the rest of the article. To do this I highlighted the chosen text and clicked FX, where I can change the opacity of the shadow.

The main image on the left side of the is text wrapped, I used this so the text is around the image. I did this by clicking on window and ticking Text Wrap. This then provided options to how far away from the image the text could be.

First, second and third person narratives

First/ second person narrative

Feeling fed up with coursework? Feel as if you have zero time to yourself or with your mates? I have been sat staring at a blank computer screen for the past hour, trying to do work and I feel like tearing my own hair out…THERES SO MUCH TO DO! Feeling anxious all the time for homework deadlines is the crappest feeling EVER, and I know a lot of people feel this way, but guess what…you don’t have to anymore! Heres a way to actually get your homework done, hand out with your mates and escape this hell of stress and anxiety!

Third person narrative

25% of teenagers refuse to deal with their stress on a daily basis due to coursework/ homework deadlines. Unfortunately, teenage stress isn't stopping at anxiety and panic attacks, people who fail to speak about it as soon as possible could develop long term problems. It is a very common problem for a lot of teenagers as well as adults and it is difficult to cope with constant anxiety and pressure...Unless the problem is shared.
